Before joining the board, he retired as Vice President from Tata Technologies and worked as a freelance advisor in IT, Marketing, and HR. He currently serves as Promoter Director of Prashaste Channelworx Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, focusing on automotive dealership working capital, and as a Director at Exponential Solutions & Consultancy Services in Mumbai, where he mentors company directors.
